At the Haigler Cemetery

It was a beautiful day and by this evening the cemetery was filled with flowers, flags and mementos.

If you visited the cemetery today, you probably noticed the new bench and trees donated by the Collicott sisters and dedicated to their parents.

  1. I'm a Haigler and I never knew of a Haigler cemetery anywhere else but in North Carolina. But since I've been reserching I've found out theres a Haigler cemetary in Nebraska and in Ohio also. Does anyone know if it all runs into the same blood line?

Haigler, Nebraska, where this cemetery is located, was named for Jacob Russell Haigler, son of Eli Haigler and Elizabeth Ann (Hinkle) Haigler. You can read more about him at :http://genealogytrails.com/neb/dundy/bios/jhaigler.html.
