Memories of Haigler

I remember having church socials in that building (Jake's Place). It was an empty building at that time. It must have been the late 50's or early 60's because I was still a small child. I remember Charles Deyle from Benkelman doing a "Rope Act" for entertainment. He was very good at lasso ropes.

And we played "Musical Chairs" ... May sound boring to some, but we had a blast!

Anyway, it was a fun memory that is still in my mind today.

Another time, I remember a musical program being in that building. I played "Stars and Stripes" on the piano. Sherri and Yvonne Faylor sang a song and there were other performances.

I must add that Haigler is a great place to be from!!! My most special memories are from that place!!
