Sharna Del Fisher Richardson was born on January 15, 1959.NOW, won't she be thrilled that I told you all how old she is? I was 19 when "we" (Owney and Floy) chose her. She was 6 months old and I was just home from my first year of college. I had the privilege of spending most of the summer helping "us" all get used to our new baby daughter/cousin. She was the most beautiful baby I had ever seen.
She has always been very special to our family.
When you give birth to a child, you don't have a choice, but when you are adopted you are CHOSEN. Like Christ has chosen us to be in His family. This isn't meant to be a sermon, but a very special tribute to our very special cousin.
