Today is February 29, my sister's 18th birthday. It is special because she only has a REAL birthday every four years and shares this birthday with a small percentage of the world's population.
I only know three people with this birthday, one is my sister.
Another is a lady who was the librarian at Union College. She baked a cake for my sister her freshman year in college and took it to her dorm room on February 29th to celebrate together.
The third person is Albert Zuege, Jr., who I went to school with at East 10 in Cheyenne County Kansas back in the 1950s.
