Native American dancer to perform in Haigler May 7. The Haigler community foundation, in cooperation with the Nebraska Arts Council, will present Garan Coons of Winnebago, Nebraska, a professional Native American (Oglala, Lakota & Navajo) dancer, singer, flute player, and storyteller for an on stage performance Saturday, May 7, at 12 noon mdt at the Cornerstone Center for Community Service, 251 East Norman Street in Haigler. Everyone throughout the tri-state area is invited to attend this outstanding all around entertainer. Admission is free, but donations greatly appreciated. The performance highlights the 2nd annual DundyRoo Spring Festival in Haigler--hosting the best darn art, craft, wine and brew.
