Monday afternoon, September 26, Kaye Robinson and her daughter, Sandy, from Minnesota visited with Dode Faylor. They were here to help celebrate Ed Robinson’s 91st birthday. Kaye is Ed’s sister-in-law. Quite a few of Ed’s family were here for the occasion.
Thursday afternoon, September 28, Ellen and Anneke Smits from Holland, arrived at the home of Dale and Dode Faylor. The ladies are both retired teachers of 40 years each. Ellen spent part of a school year with the Faylors when Faylors lived in California. Early Sunday morning, the ladies started on their trip back home. They will go to Vancouver, Canada, where they will turn in the camper they drove to the Faylors. Then they go by plane back to their homes in Holland (the Netherlands.)
On Friday, September 30, Sherri Morabito, Yvonne Clemans and Clemans’ foster son from Burlington, CO, spent the day at the Faylor Ranch, visiting Ellen and Anneke. Ellen and Sherri were in 12th grade together. Faylors visited with the ladies some, also. Dwight Faylor was 12 years old when Ellen lived with them.
Sophia Zuege and Laura Pearl Wall had lunch together on Thursday.
Laura Pearl Wall went to the Simmons’ home for lunch on Sunday. The occasion was Tanya’s birthday.

The beautiful fall weather has been wonderful, giving a little extra time for late tomatoes to ripen.
